What to Expect First Meeting With Flex CPA

Introduction

My name is Adam Moore, and Flex CPA is intended to provide flexible tax and accounting assistance for small businesses and individuals.

Step 1: Online Meeting

Our first meeting will likely take place via a web call. I'm looking to understand a bit about your business or personal needs. This helps me determine if I believe I will be best able to serve you. It will also be your opportunity to determine if you think I will be a good fit for you.

Step 2: Sharing Your Information

Assuming our introduction goes well, I will establish a portal invitation for you. The portal invitation will allow you to securely share your documentation with me. Following our introductory call, I'll ask to see your previous tax and accounting details in order to provide you with a firm quote for services. Should you choose to move forward with me as your service provider, the portal will be your source of sharing and receiving documents with sensitive and personal information.

Step 3: Quotation

After reviewing the necessary documents, I'll prepare a quote based on your expressed needs and expected work load. If you agree to the quote, then an engagement letter will be prepared via the client portal for your review and authorization. Once you e-sign the engagement letter, I will be your CPA!

Step 4: Getting to Work

I'll begin working with you and your team on meeting your needs. I'll share my contact info with you including phone, fax, and email information. Calls, texts, emails, and portal communications are all ways that I'll be able to work with you.

Conclusion

I don't share the phone and email information on the website in order to cut down on spam contact points. Once you're a client, I am accessible to you in multiple ways as I shared in step four. I look forward to meeting you and working with you!
